1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phbwin ("phbwin," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phbwin website located at phbwin.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Household

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) phbwin account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. If phbwin determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter referred for investigation. The creation of multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit promotions is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbwin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phbwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. phbwin will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. phbwin will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. phbwin reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ₱100 per month after the first twelve months of inactivity, provided the account balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbwin currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. phbwin does not accept cash deposits or payments via undisclosed third-party accounts.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on phbwin is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may take up to 5 business days to be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Deposit Verification

phbwin reserves the right to request verification of any deposit. Deposits made from payment methods not registered under the player's verified name may be declined or held pending investigation. All funds deposited on phbwin must originate from a payment method legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phbwin are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's payment provider, not by phbwin.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed phbwin's KYC verification process. phbwin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud screening, or bonus wagering requirement checks.

5.2 Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard phbwin accounts are subject to a minimum withdrawal of ₱200 and a maximum single-transaction withdrawal of ₱500,000. VIP-tier players may be subject to elevated limits as specified in their VIP tier documentation. phbwin reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.

5.4 Bonus Funds

Bonus credits and funds derived from promotional offers are not directly withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Only real-money balances, or balances converted from bonus funds upon wagering completion, are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Offer Eligibility

Unless an offer is explicitly marked as available to all players, phbwin may, at its discretion, determine which players are eligible for any given promotion.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.2 Malfunctions

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or regulatory actions.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by phbwin

phbwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time without prior notice if phbwin reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Upon suspension, phbwin will conduct a review and communicate its findings to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Termination by Player

Players may request the closure of their phbwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by phbwin or by the player — any unused bonus credits, free spins, loyalty points, or promotional entitlements shall be forfeited without compensation. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

15 Amendments to These Terms
